It’s been a few years since Belly released his sophomore studio LP IMMIGRANT, an 11-track offering that saw a slew of assists from Zack, Meek Mill, M.I.A., Yo Gotti, Metro Boomin, French Montana, The Weeknd, and NAV. Since then, the Palestinian-Canadian emcee has been more of a supporting talent, contributing his efforts to tracks like G-Eazy’s “No Limit (Remix),” Donae’O’s “Chalice,” The Diplomats’ “On God,” Christian Rich’s “SHIBUYA (GHOST II),” the “Godfather of Harlem” standout “Everything’s For Sale” alongside Wale and G Herbo, and Nipsey Hussle’s “Double Up,” among others.

This week, Belly makes a big return with two new tracks, “IYKYK” and the Benny The Butcher-assisted “Money On The Table,” both of which are expected to appear on his forthcoming album See You Next Wednesday. Produced by DannyBoyStyles and The ANMLS, “IYKYK” sees Belly speaking about the pitfalls of the industry he’s managed to maneuver through:

“My heart cold, I swear it feel like fifty below, I don’t let the pain show, if you know, you know, man, you used to be my dawg, but we don’t kick it no more, I still got love for you, if you know, you know…/”

As expected, Benny The Butcher matches Belly’s street rhymes on “Money On The Table” pretty effortlessly, all over a top-tier, boom bap soundtrack courtesy of The ANMLS and Skinny:

“I got two bitches, one a ratchet, and one my wife, one, I cock before bed, the other, I kiss good night, I know money made y’all soft, not us, I’m still hungry, y’all make enough just to pay bills monthly and feel comfy/”

In addition to “IYKYK” and “Money On The Table,” See You Next Wednesday may or may not also include the previously leaked cuts “Two Tone” with Lil Uzi Vert, “Better Believe” with The Weeknd, and “Die For It,” another Weeknd collaboration that also features Nas. As far as the album’s release, nothing is yet known — hopefully, the title means that it will literally arrive next Wednesday.
