For the past few months, NLE Choppa has been serving dope, versatile singles as part of his debut album campaign. Following “Forever,” “Famous Hoes” and “Side,” the Memphis rapper delivers a new, hard-hitting cut titled “100 Shots,” which speaks on the subject matter the title might have you expect over production from Ghostrage and Quay Global:

“Hundred some shots, I shoot out the spot/

They don’t know if I did it or not/

They don’t know if he make it or not/

Whippin’ the brick ‘till I break out the pot/

Post up with the Drac’ while I’m thuggin’ with Josh/

Got a beam on my gun, he duckin’ to die/

And blood on my side, he wipe when I snot/

Don’t you cry when I die, you better go slide.../”

The accompanying visual — directed by Water Wippin Evan — is completely fueled by Choppa’s natural energy, as he can be seen turning up both in his residence and at a gas station. Like many of his other tracks and collabs, it’s the kind of turn-up music you can expect to get a crowd moshing expeditiously.

Last year, Choppa dropped off his debut EP Cottonwood, which boasted his breakout single “Shotta Flow” and its Blueface-assisted remix. Since then, fans have been privy to a slew of loose singles, including the charting tracks “Camelot” — including its Memphis-heavy remix with BlocBoy JB, Yo Gotti, and Moneybagg Yo — and the aforementioned “Famous Hoes.” He’s also provided some aggressive verses to songs by Kodak Black, Polo G, Rubi Rose, Bhad Bhabie and more.

Press play on “100 Shots” below. In addition to some spot dates in Scranton, PA and Miami, FL, the rising star will also be taking to the stage at both London’s massive Wireless Festival and Finland’s Weekend Festival this summer.
