Although his The Life Of Pi’erre 4 project dropped last year, Pi’erre Bourne is still blessing fans with visuals from the body of work this year. His latest is “Racer,” which sees the rapper exploring the streets of Tokyo, Japan, and also New York City, the city he spent many years growing up. In his verse, he even gives a shoutout to Kanye, who he named his series after:

Nothing lasts forever, we’ll be back together. Sent me a long ass message, couldn’t handle my pressure. Mention when you naked, dippin’ when it’s breakfast. Weight on my shoulders, yeah, icebox my necklace. I just got it cleaned. Coming to America, Eddie Murphy, yeah, we from Queens. Shout out Kanye, my ultralight beam. She suck my dick and use her Listerine. What did you want from me, yeah, what do you need? Everything that you wanted I was offering. Stuntin’ on all y’all hoes that was flexing on me. Yo, Pierre, you made us screenshot everything. Get set, on your mark, you running from your hear.

The new “Racer” music video follows his other visuals from the same project, including “Be Mine,” “Routine,” and “Ballad.” The TLOP 4 project dropped back in 2019, but he unleashed the deluxe version in June of this year, with the lengthy project holding 31 songs total. Just last week, Pi’erre joined forces with Chavo to release their collaboration project Chavo’s World. At the top of the year, he dropped a joint project with Jelly titled The Wolf of Peachtree.

The Life of Pi’erre series is arguably one of the producer-turned-rapper’s most well-received bodies of work in his discography. The origin of the name comes from Pi’erre wanting to get Kanye’s attention, but he now wants to wrap up the series after he accomplished that goal. “Hopefully after TLOP5, we’ll be able to remaster 1, 2, and 3, and put those on Apple and Spotify,” he said in a recent interview. “I definitely want to wrap up The Life Of Pi’erre because my initial objective for this whole series was to get Kanye’s attention, and I kind of got that while I was working on TLOP4.”
