Tyler, The Creator assists Channel Tres on “Fuego”

The track can be found on his new ‘I Can’t Go Outside’ mixtape.

Two great music minds linked up when this freshly released track “fuego” was concocted. The song appears on Channel Tres’ I Can’t Go Outside mixtape and includes a guest feature from none other than Tyler, The Creator. For his portion of on “fuego,” Tyler makes sure to seal his verse with a mention of the timely project title:

Yo, fuck we on? Come to my house when the sun is gone. If it’s too late, you can bring your mom. That make three of us, triathlon (What’s up?) Take that off, make the hamper warm. I make you wet like a sweatin’ palm. You get me up like cholesterol. Stroke my lips and we connect like zip. I may not last too long, I may not go too quick. You tell me what you like, I’ll show what I might not can or cannot do. Here, so why not try somethin’ new? Knew that at some point I’d be nude. In your presence, since I met you. We gon’ see, see, see the sunlight, and please don’t leave, I can’t go outside.

Earlier this year, Channel Tres released a slew of singles like “Weedman,” “skate depot,” and All That” with the Emotional Oranges. Over the last two years, the Compton-born artist Channel Tres had made a name for himself combining the rhythms and spirit of classic house and techno with the sounds of the West Coast rap. His I Can’t Go Outside follows last year’s Black Moses EP. Earlier this year, Channel Tres collaborated with SG Lewis and tourmate Robyn on “Impact.”

Tyler, The Creator’s last full-length album was 2019’s IGOR, which included his hits like “EARFQUAKE” and “I THINK.” Aside from his recent assist on Channel Tres’ project, Tyler can also be heard dishing out verses and hooks on projects like Lil Yachty’s Lil Boat 3.5 on the song T.D (alongside Tierra Whack and A$AP Rocky as well), Freddie Gibbs’ Alfredo on the song “Something to Rap About,” and Goldlink’s Diaspora on the fan-favorite “U Say.”
