Last month, after prepping fans with plenty of visuals, SAINt JHN delivered his While The World Was Burning album. The latest video to be born from the project is for the Lil Uzi Vert-assisted “High School Reunion, Prom,” which sees the two having the time of their lives at what seems to be the best house party of the year, complete with a bouncy house, plenty of drunk partygoers, and a swimming pool as SAINt goes on about being sick of falling in love:

It’s toxic love and I don’t know nobody else. Saved you a spot on the highway to Hell. You a whole movie, a whole fuckin’ film. Sorta kinda like it, but I’m lyin’. Man, I’m sick of fallin’ in love. I’m sick of my heart broken, I’m scared of fuckin’ it up. Sleep with my eyes open, I’m scared of callin’ it love. I’m scared of overdosin’, I’m scared of fallin’ in love. Done with my emotions.

This track is a reworked version of SAINt JHN’s 2019 song “High School Reunion” from his second collection, Ghetto Lenny’s Love Songs. This version of the song features reworked instrumentation by Atlanta producer Quay Global, and SAINt JHN also starts the song off by delivering a lengthy new verse, which isn’t found on the original.

The While The World Was Burning album boasts an impressive roster of assists including names like Lil Uzi Vert, Kanye West, Future, JID, 6lack, DaBaby, and A Boogie Wit da Hoodie, and Kehlani. Most recently, SAINt presented a “Monica Lewinsky, Election Year.” The new video follows the previously released visuals for “Smack DVD,” “Sucks To Be You,” “Gorgeous,” “Roses (Remix),” and “Ransom.” Prior to that, he dropped his sophomore offering, Ghetto Lenny’s Love Songs, in 2019, which contained collaborations alongside Meek Mill, Lil Baby, and Lenny Kravitz.
