Next month (December 4), Rico Nasty will release her official debut album Nightmare Vacation. Following the previously released drops “iPhone,” “Own It,” and “Don’t Like Me” with Gucci Mane and Don Toliver comes a hard-hitting cut titled “OHFR?,” which is produced by 100 gecs member Dylan Brady and shows the Maryland star keeping it real about haters, financial and career successes, and more:

“I’m making money smoothies, blend it up, I’m steady mixin’, like I got the ball, go to the mall and they steady blitzing, they wanting pictures and they wanna know just how I’m living, what I make a show versus you is a big digit difference/

I do the same thing that you do, it’s just with me, they feel it, oh, you mad that you can’t hurt my pockets or my feelings? When I ask you what the issue is, you hard of hearing, I been sinnin’ lately, but I’m still God-fearing/”

The accompanying visual for “OHFR?” comes courtesy of Spudds Mckenzie. The black-and-white clip shows Rico Nasty in different outfits, all fitting the unique, afropunk-esque style she’s become known for. She can also be seeing rocking out on a guitar, sitting on top of a television, and otherwise just matching the high energy of the single.

Last year, Rico Nasty teamed up with producer Kenny Beats for the collaborative mixtape Anger Management, which saw nine cuts and features Baauer, EarthGang, and Splurge. That project was well-received and eventually landed on many top music lists for 2019. Prior to that, she released her sixth solo mixtape Nasty, another critically acclaimed effort that saw a couple of assists from BlacBoy JB and Lil Gnar.

Press play on Rico Nasty’s “OHFR?” below. If you missed it, also included is her appearance alongside Albert Cook and Vanessa Satten as part of this year’s REVOLT Summit.
