On Tuesday (Oct. 22), XP Music Futures, a conference organized by the MDLBEAST Foundation, announced a wealth of speakers and artists for its 2024 iteration. The event, set to take place from Dec. 5 to 7 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, will bring together leading voices from both the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region and the international music scene. Dystinct, Marcella Araica, Asayel, and Fulana are a small sampling of its impressive invitees. Attendees can check out a series of panels, workshops, and discussions (XP Day) before enjoying performances as part of XP Nite.

A standout feature of this year's program is XP Presents, which will highlight the growing global influence of Nigerian music. With a lineup that includes top Nigerian artists like Joeboy, Kold AF, and Wizard Chan, XP Music Futures aims to showcase the immense talent that keeps West Africa thriving. As Temi Adeniji, managing director of Warner Music Africa, expressed in a press release, “I’m really excited to see a platform like XP putting a spotlight on music from the African continent and honored that they’ve asked me to participate and share my perspective and experience!”

In addition to the Nigerian talent, XP Music Futures will feature a diverse range of local and international experts. Artists and industry leaders like Mohini Dey, DJ Yoda, KIKO, Bombino, Don Cannon, Bas, and Snoop Dogg's son, Cordell Broadus, will take the stage to share their knowledge and experiences with attendees.

As REVOLT previously reported, XP Music Futures will be followed by MDLBEAST's Soundstorm Festival, which boasts Eminem as the main headliner. G-Eazy, Tyler, the Creator, Tems, Akon, JID, Latto, Russ, and many more will also rock the crowd when the celebration takes place Dec. 12 to 14.

XP Music Futures goes down from Dec. 5 to 7 at Riyadh's JAX District. Past editions of the conference have seen renowned figures such as DJ Khaled, Cosmicat, Nicole Moudaber, Fat Joe, and David Guetta.
