Being crowned the godfather of lifestyle rap, Curren$y carved a lane for an entire genre that changed the game. With each release, it takes no effort to support this truth — which is one thing that separates him from everyone. He is really one of those “if you know, you know” type of rappers. There is no grey area between knowing what’s up with him or not when it comes to the music/vibes. Today (Dec. 24), the Jet Life general drops off his latest album Pilot Talk 4 with Ski Beatz.

Pilot Talk 4 is not only the fourth installment in the series, it is Spitta’s ninth project of 2021. At this point, there can be a valid case made that no other rapper will ever match his work ethic. We are all familiar with the term “quality over quantity” and Curren$y equally balances both simultaneously. Joining forces with Ski Beatz, Pilot Talk 4 is as solid as it can be. Some may even add it to their end of the year lists. For the Lifers across the world, this release is a dope Christmas gift that will indeed be in heavy rotation. The industry is in good hands as long as Curren$y continues to pump out these audible gems at this rate.
