Roddy Ricch has been a household name for quite some time now. It was his second mixtape Feed Tha Streets II that really put his name on the map back in 2018 and he has not looked back since. Having been certified Gold by the RIAA, Feed Tha Streets II also included his double platinum single “Die Young.” Since that very moment, the Compton superstar has been applying endless pressure. From his debut album Please Excuse Me For Being Antisocial (which also earned a double platinum certification) to his memorable features, Roddy is one of the most talented in the game. Fans have waited for two years for another solo LP from Roddy Ricch, but the wait is over. Today (Dec. 17), the Grammy-award-winning artist drops off his sophomore album LIVE LIFE FAST. The wait was certainly worth it.

When he announced the album’s arrival a couple of weeks ago, fans rejoiced nonstop — and rightfully so. Posting the cover art to his Instagram, fans quickly noticed the correlation to the late Nipsey Hussle’s Victory Lap album. He then took to Twitter to confirm “The Marathon Continues I LOVE YOU BRO @NipseyHussle.” It might not seem like a huge deal to some, but that gesture definitely added more substance to the album.

To show his thanks, Roddy Ricch also penned a heartfelt message to all of his fans:

I appreciate every supporter who been down with Roddy from DAY 1. Y’all forever changed my life and my family life and I’m forever grateful
