Well-loved producer, DJ, and tastemaker Kitty Ca$h has reemerged with her new single “Just Fine.” The track boasts a feature from R&B star Kiana Lede and also transitions from English to Spanish as flamenco style guitar enters into the key notes of the record. On the track, Kiana opens it up with her signature sultry tone:
I just might give into you again, let me know, let it show/ If you want to move with me, keep in time/ Young and we clueless, the world according to them but if we stay true to it/ We’ll be fine
You’re coming close, I’m reading your mind again/ Follow me, follow me let’s go/ You’re coming close, I’m reading your mind again/ ‘Cause I’m feeling so hopeless, I know you can read my body, and I don’t want to have to hold back
“Just Fine” comes as the first in a string of new releases on the way for the Love Renaissance staple act. Kitty has previously collaborated with Rihanna, SZA, Solange, Kali Uchis, Doja Cat and more. Over the past few years, Kitty Ca$h has made a name for herself by DJ-ing for the biggest brands and celebrities and releasing original projects.
She also made sure to take the time to express a few words about the meaning of her new song. “‘Just Fine’ is about that reassuring love,” Ca$h says via press release. “The love you can’t stop giving into. The love that stops time and the world around you and makes everything just fine. I hope this song evokes an effortless vibe of freedom and moves you to feel good. Whether you’re home with the fam or out with the girls I wanted to make a record that you could make memories of and dance to!”
