T.I. and Tameka “Tiny” Harris are in the clear when it comes to their sexual assault case in Los Angeles.

According to TMZ, the couple will not be charged for allegedly sexually assaulting and drugging a woman back in 2005. Prosecutors declined to move forward with the case because it fell outside of the statute of limitations, which is 10 years. Earlier this year, the woman filed a police report accusing the Paper Trail emcee and his wife of the abuse after meeting them at a club.

A similar outcome took place earlier this year with the Harris’ sexual assault case in Las Vegas.

Back in May, authorities dismissed the case against T.I. and Tiny because it also fell outside of the statute of limitations. A woman claimed she was drugged and sexually assaulted by the couple in 2010. She allegedly met Tiny at an airport and she invited the woman to hang out with them.

During an interview with REVOLT’s “Big Facts Live” podcast, T.I. shut down the sexual abuse allegations, saying, “Shit didn’t happen.”

“To be honest with you bro, stupid people listen to stupid people,” the “Whatever You Like” rapper added. “It’s simple as that. The name of the show is ‘Big Facts.’ You show me one motherfuckin’ big fact on the subject and we can continue the discussion. This shit started January 29.”

Aside from his recent legal woes, T.I. is gearing up to release a new album Kill The King, which he says will be his final LP. “This shit ain’t about nothing… Other people’s opinion of me is not my motherfucking business,” he said on the podcast. “I ain’t finna be out here, nigga, rapping and losing my breath trying to convince you that I am what I already know that I am. I don’t give a fuck. I don’t care.”

I never said I was gone stop making music,” TIP added. “I ain’t got no business competing for y’all attention with the rest of the young people trying to get in the game. I ain’t got no business doing that.”
