Back in April, Lor Sosa liberated the album Borrowed Time, a 17-track offering that saw additional assistance from Tate Kobang, Prez Luciano, Alex Fraze, and more — the project was also supported by the well-received singles “Lor Bish,” “Blink,” and “What It Was.” Last month, the Baltimore rapper kept his momentum going with a new visual from said release for “Live Die N Get Paid,” which features Blueface, Kayos, and Alé. Taking inspiration from 2Pac’s The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory classic “To Live and Die in L.A.,” Sosa can be heard keeping it real about his difficult upbringing:

“As a kid growin’ up in ‘94, I didn’t have a key to open up a single door, my uncle Juan hit the switches on the ‘64, mama in the game, only 18 years old, fuckin’ wit’ them drug dealers, movin’ big dough, proud of Luciferm they sold they motherfuckin’ soul, left a little nigga to grow up all on his own…”

Directed by Louie Knows, the accompanying clip for “Live Die N Get Paid” sees the collaborators in the City of Angels, performing on rooftop and with some beautiful women in a graffiti filled room full of lowriders. Despite being on the other side of the country, Lor Sosa makes sure to rep his city to the fullest, rocking a Baltimore Orioles jersey throughout the sunny clip.

As one of the current west coast frontrunners, Blueface has been blessing his growing fanbase with newer cuts like “BGC” with DDG, “Patience” with Calboy, and “Outside” with OG Bobby Billions. Last year, he delivered both his debut LP Find The Beat and a Reloaded version of his breakthough mixtape Famous Cryp, both of which contains a slew of contributions from Snoop Dogg, Cardi B, DaBaby, Polo G, and loads more.
