Over the last few months, OMB Peezy has been treating fans with his consistency through providing visuals and live performance videos from his Too Deep For Tears project, delivering a new cut week after week without missing a beat. He now has pivoted to dropping loosies on his YouTube page for fans to enjoy, and the latest offering is the freshly released “Lefty.” On the track, he opens up about the pain of maneuvering through the streets:

The block so hot, my brain’ bakin’/ Dread went on that vacation, when them crackers scoop you, put you on that plantation/ They act like it’s gon’ make it better, really that shit slavery

Stomach aches and gun blazin’, it’s amazin’ that I made it/ How could I run to you when you runnin’ away? You think I’m ‘bout to chase it?

Additionally within the last few days, OMB Peezy also shared a visual for “Cold Days” as well. His latest offerings aside from that are from the aforementioned project are his new performance videos for tracks like “On My Way,” “Soul Ties” and “Smile.” The new visuals feature OMB Peezy fancily dressed, standing in the middle of a chandelier-lit room and backed by some beautiful string instrumentation. In terms of recent collabs, he assisted LBS Kee’vin on “That’s Life.”

OMB Peezy also paired the release of his project with a video for the Jacquees-assisted “Right Here” track. Beforehand, he shared singles like “Love Is Blind,” and those recent tracks are Peezy’s follow-ups to his viral song “Big Homie” with guest verses from Jackboy and the late King Von. Peezy has also released his mixtape In The Meantime earlier that held fans over while he worked on Too Deep For Tears. In The Meantime includes some fan-favorites like “Sleep At Night” and “You Know How To Love.” Before that was 2019’s Preacher To The Streets.
