Smoke DZA has officially delivered his latest project The Hustler’s Catalog 2. Within the last few weeks Smoke DZA tapped in with Dom Kennedy to present his single “No Regrets,” and then kept the momentum going with the freshly released “Big Steppa” featuring Westside Gunn and Curren$y. On the latter track, Smoke DZA is in charge of setting the tone as he handles the opening verse:

Big big steppa, got two foreign hoes/ Got through on rose, got two on froze, got too high for me had to move on those/ Kushedgod iceberg still a nuance though, I got it depending who’s asking, who wanna know?/ No risky business poppin’ ‘cause I’m too on toes

The new project includes a healthy roster full of features aside from the aforementioned ones. These names include assists from Dave East, Steven Young, Paris Bryant, Numberz, Benny The Butcher, 24hrs, Chelsea Denise, and more. Smoke DZA, Jayy Grams, Nym Lo, 183rd, and OT The Real recently connected for their brand new nine-track collaborative album R.F.C. Money Is The Motive. The new project also boasts appearances from names like Steven Young, Cory Gunz, and Numbers. Most recently, Smoke DZA can be heard on the new track “The Hurt Business” alongside Westside Gunn and Wale from the CONFLICTED official motion picture soundtrack.

Smoke DZA previously stopped by REVOLT for an episode of Drink Champs alongside Hovain, where he dropped some gems about a variety of topics, including the influence of Big L:

“To somebody like me that was born in the era of Big L and studying rap patterns, and studying Big L himself, he is Mt. Rushmore,” DZA says. “It’s certain young kids like my artist Jayy Grams that actually is meticulous to certain rap music and studying patterns and watching battle rap and doing different shit to sharpen his sword.”
