Those who love hip hop know how rich New Jersey’s history is, being home to legends like Lauryn Hill and Redman and more current stars like Fetty Wap and 070 Shake. Hailing from the Tenafly section of The Garden State, rising producer Ryder “Tr4nce” Kudler has been working on and perfecting his behind the boards skill set since the age of 12. A couple of years later, that hard work would begin to truly pay off by way of a production deal with Epic Records. Subsequently, the young prodigy would begin revealing his own songs to the world, including “Chosen One” with Devon Tracy and Moxas, “Grudges” with Dre Nello, and “Serious!” with Zach Kyle. Fast forward to this month — Tr4nce has unveiled a new body of work titled Hypnotic Heartbreaker, which sees six cuts and notable assists from Valee, Egovert, Rontae Don’t Play, 10k Kobee, 870glizzy, and Lil Shun the Goat.

Via press release, Tr4nce explained in detail how the EP came to fruition:

“At the end of 2020, I was in the studio with a bunch of my friends, trying to find my ‘sound’ … I was going through a breakup at the time, and I found it that making “hard” music was better for me. I wanted people to feel how I felt while making the music. I wanted people to be happy while listening to my music. I then realized the direction … That same studio session, Hypnotic Heartbreaker was birthed. I reached out to some artists that I worked with in the past, along with some new artists that I thought would fit and through those next few months.“
