If there’s anyone having a good year in music thus far, it’s Tion Wayne and Russ Millions. Back in March, the North-to-South London duo joined forces for the infectious drill cut “Body,” a Gotcha Bxtch-produced cut that saw a lot of viral success thanks to the social media platform Tik Tok. Since then, “Body” has topped charts in several countries, and has spawned several remixes — many of which are international — with the likes of Bugzy Malone, Fivio Foreign, Capo Plaza, Ricky Rich, and Murda.

This week, Tion and Russ unveil a new remix of “Body” that features Louisville star Jack Harlow, who somewhat surprisingly has little problem matching the song’s vibe or flow, delivering clever bars with plenty of British references throughout:

“Yah, rap game Christian Pulisic, when I hit the UK, I’m pulling chicks, I got a big closet, that’s full of kicks, I got a LV bag, that’s full of tricks, I got a Jeep that’s black and white like Fulham kits, I got a girl that says I’m full of shit … Shoutout Tion, y’all know what the fuck I be on…”

Interestingly enough, this isn’t Tion and Russ’ first big hit together. Back in 2019, they came together for the Platinum single “Keisha & Becky,” proving their musical chemistry well before “Body” became contender for the top song of 2021. A year prior, Russ Millions also struck gold with “Gun Lean,” largely in part thanks to his accompanying dance. Meanwhile, Tion Wayne has continued to feed his fans with the well-received T Wayne’s World mixtape series, and — just last year — collaborated with Stormzy and Dutchavelli for the top ten offering “I Dunno.” All of that to say — it would be great to hear a full length joint LP from these certified hitmakers sooner than later.

In the meantime, you can enjoy the Jack Harlow-assisted “Body (Remix),” along with a visual for the song’s original release.
