Lil Mosey celebrated his birthday by dropping off a brand new track “Holy Water,” officially kicking off his 2021 releases. The new Danny Lopez-directed visual sees Mosey traveling through the city of London in style as he opens up with the catchy hook:

Woke up feeling good, drinking holy water, hey. Thought I found a down bitch but I never found her, ayy./ Just dropped six bands, that’s a hunnid today, and I’ll still rob yo’ peoples ‘cause I’m stuck in my ways. Let’s pull up, make a movie, uh./ I think I like it when you sing this to me (When you sing this song). I got this money but it doesn’t suit me (No, it don’t). I need the world, see it improving./ Diamonds bitin’ (Bitin’), don’t you like that? I could fight you (Uh), with my right hand.

Last year, Lil Mosey grabbed his first Billboard Hot 100 top-ten record with “Blueberry Faygo.” The triple-platinum single peaked at No. 8 on 100 and went No. 1 on Billboard’s US Rhythmic Chart. He released his Certified Hitmaker (AVA Leak) project last August, then followed up later on with three new songs, including “Back At It” featuring Lil Baby and “Top Gone” with Lunay. To close out 2020, he joined forces with Hitmaka for his scorching single “Jumpin Out the Face.”

In terms of features, Mosey grabbed an appearance on Trippie Redd’s Pegasus album, and he also teamed up with Tyga and WhoHeem for the “Let’s Link (Remix), and then with Tyga once again for their light-hearted tune “Krabby Step” with Swae Lee for The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run movie. Mosey’s 2020 success also landed him on Billboard’s 21 under 21 list.
