Just ahead of his Anywhere But Here album release, Nyck Caution has unleashed a brand new single to prep supporters for what’s to come. The new Denzel Curry-assisted “Bad Day” hit streaming services sees the two rappers trading rapid fire bars with each other over some volatile production:

Boy-bo-boy got flow like a aqua duck. If the shit ain’t real, it ain’t ‘Pac enough. Had no money for the meal, now my pockets stuffed. You can’t smoke with the kid, man, you dropped the blunt. I got no more tree, no more weed, no PCP. I don’t take none of that shit, B. LSD got my mind on freeze, froze, oh. Cold in the springtime, Era in the C9. Catch another body, then I recline. Under my Lеvi’s, you don’t wanna see. You gon’ die like a tie-dyе. You don’t wanna beef with the beast, you a feline. Hat to the site, lookin’ like T.I.P.

Anywhere But Here is officially set to drop this Friday, Jan 15. So far from the project, Caution has given a healthy dose of previews. He kicked off the heat a few months ago in October when he revealed his collab track with Joey Bada$$ titled “How You Live It.” He closed out the year with cuts like “Product of my Environment” featuring Kota The Friend and Erick The Architect, and also “December 24th” featuring Elbee Thrie. Prior to this was his 2020 project Open Flame. The short and sweet five-track project included features from Meechy Darko, Flipp Dinero, and Jake Luttrell.

Most recently, Denzel Curry can be heard assisting Robert Glasper on “This Changes Everything.” He dropped a joint project with producer Kenny Beats back in February titled UNLOCKED. Denzel Curry was featured on YUNGBLUD’s single “Lemonade,” which dropped back in August also shared “Live From the Abyss” around that time, a protest song (released exclusively through Bandcamp to help raise donations for Dream Defenders) expressing his frustration with the political state of America.
