Back in September of this year B.o.B. dropped off his Somnia project, which included a collab track with Big K.R.I.T. titled “Purpose.” The duo now links up to share their official visual for the song, which sees both of them working a delivery job in a warehouse as B.o.B. spits the catchy hook, which includes a reference to a certain NY rap legend:

What’s your purpose? I need my money urgent. Life is a bitch, hope it’s worth it, I need fifty of them bitches, I need fifty of them bitches, call me Curtis. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. I need curbside service. I need roadside service. Bitch, I put you on game, gave you purpose. Ooh, cut you bitch, I’m a surgeon. Need a freak, I don’t do too well with virgins. She Persian, she swallow the nut, thеn she purgin’. Decorate hеr walls, then it’s curtains. Yeah, the vibe is in. She gon’ slide again.

Somnia arrived on Sept 11 and boasted Big K.R.I.T. as its lone feature out of the 10 total tracks. B.o.B. also dropped off a brand new single just last week titled “DoGG” featuring Sonny Digital. Prior to Somnia was 2019’s Southmatic project.

Earlier this year, Big K.R.I.T. shared his project K.R.I.T. Wuz Here back in May. The body of work spanned 18 tracks and saw guest features from names like Smoke DZA, two from Curren$y, Wiz Khalifa, and Big Sant. He also could be heard handing out guest verses this year on songs like Tobe Nwigwe’s “BOZOS,” David Banner’s “Come Home” alongside Ne-Yo, T-Pain, Kandi and Trombone Shorty, and also for “Santos Party House” with his blog era brothers Smoke DZA, Wiz Khalifa, and Curren$y. Most recently, K.R.I.T. released his “KICKOFF” single as summer was coming to a close.
