50 Cent has an idea on who he should battle.

During a recent interview with Big Boy, the Power” producer explained that he is open to battling Snoop Dogg. Fif’s announcement came days after several fans suggested that he go head to head with Ja Rule.

“It would make more sense catalog wise, me and Snoop. Cause we could compete every step of the way,” 50 Cent explained. “Ja Rule? He got like five, six good duets. The hit records are all him and Jennifer Lopez, him and Mary J. Blige, him and Ashanti. Him and a woman, a female. All the records. He got one hit song by himself, ‘Holla Holla.’” In addition to fans’ request, Ja Rule also challenged the “Candy Shop” spitter to a battle. “I want all the smoke,” Ja informed Fat Joe over the phone in regards to battling his longtime foe. “I’ll behave.”

In light of social distancing, several fans have tuned in weekly to “VERZUZ,” a live-streamed music battle event curated by Swizz Beatz and Timbaland. More recently, Babyface and Teddy Riley went hit for hit and left social media in a frenzy.

Over the last few months, 50 Cent has remained quite busy. Back in February 2020, news surfaced that he signed onboard as an executive producer for ABC’s new show, “For Life.” During a conversation with Billboard, Fif explained that he only cosigns projects that he’s passionate about. “I look at producing like finding the most significant stories, and then you come to a point where the facts are better than fiction,” he explained. “For this, it wasn’t just the saying ‘one in a million.’ He really is just the only one.”

He continued, “I just don’t work with things that I don’t believe in. For example, I’ve worked on ‘Power’ for years before it was even picked up. I wound up recording 11 songs that were representations of each of the characters because we were talking about having music that was up to standard. I just knew we could make it work because of what the story was based on.”
