She is the sole owner of Prime One Lending Group/Prime One Home Loans, a Direct Lending Mortgage Bank approved by Fannie Mae and serving every state except NY. In addition to her success in the mortgage industry, Benaisha is the owner of The Bailey Watson Real Estate Group, with over 200 real estate agents working on her team nationwide from LA to NY.
