BF Nkrumah is a community activist, motivational speaker and 8 time published author. Today he takes us on a journey of the conscious and subconscious mind and drops so many gems its impossible to keep count. In the end even Matt and Chad end up spellbound! This is an absolutely mesmerizing episode that tackles everything from our thoughts, motivations and ambitions to crime and the effects that love can have in turning around the communal problems we face in Black society.
