The album is expected to arrive at midnight (Aug. 6).

Kanye West has launched an official Donda countdown livestream as fans wait anxiously for his 10th studio album to arrive. The stream began around 1:00 a.m. EST Thursday morning (Aug. 5) on Apple Music.

According to Complex, the stream first focused on Kanye’s living quarters at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, where he’s been staying while he prepares to release Donda. Several notable artists have visited ‘Ye on the stream, including Chance the Rapper, Vic Mensa, Mike Dean, Steve Lacy, Fivio Foreign and more.

Meanwhile, on KanyeWest.com, the rapper announced his “Donda Super Room Public Live Streaming Events” with a start time of 9:30 pm EST last night (Aug. 4). The site’s landing page also includes the coordinates for several major cities.

Currently, Kanye’s Apple Music stream has been “intentionally muted.” The livestream is being billed by Apple as “A Donda Event” broadcasting live from the Mercedes-Benz Stadium. On Twitter, the company added, “Kanye West prepares and presents his 10th album Donda, live from Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta during an exclusive livestream event.”

As reported by REVOLT, Kanye is expected to officially release Donda at midnight (Aug. 6). After the album’s purported July release date came and went, Justin LaBoy claimed on Twitter that the record would instead be arriving this Friday.

“KANYE WEST WILL MOVE THE RELEASE DATE OF DONDA TO AUGUST 6TH,” LaBoy tweeted. “THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE. HE WANTS TO GIVE HIS FANS THE BEST POSSIBLE PRODUCT WITHOUT RUSHING ANYTHING. HE LOVES YALL WITH ALL OF HIS HEART. GOD BLESS.”

The “Respectfully Justin” host added, “ALBUM OF THE YEAR WILL BE RELEASED ON AUGUST 6th. THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE. TRUST ME IT’S GOING TO BE WORTH IT.”

Earlier this week, Kanye also suggested he’s been working with The Weeknd after posting a log of his recent calls. The Chicago native previewed Donda during an Apple Music listening event last month, which ended up breaking the platform’s global livestream record.
