The Brooklyn Zu members have reportedly passed away.

Wu-Tang Clan affiliates and Brooklyn Zu members 12 O’Clock and Murdock have passed away, HipHopDX reports. According to 12 O’Clock’s son Divine Turner, the New York rap mainstay was shot and killed in Portland, Oregon on Tuesday morning (Aug. 10).

Taking to his Instagram Stories while onboard a plane, Divine said, “I’m out of town away on business and just found out they murdered my father. I don’t know what to do.”

He added to the Story in text: “Sad day for me. They assassinated my father in #Oregon.”

In his own Instagram post on Tuesday, Ol’ Dirty Bastard’s son Young Dirty Bastard also confirmed that both 12 O’Clock and Murdock were fatally shot. Besides being Brooklyn Zu groupmates with ODB, 12 O’Clock and Murdock were also cousins to the late Wu-Tang star.

“Rip To My Older Cousins,” Young Dirty Bastard wrote in the post. “Rip 12 ‘O Clock. Rip Murdock. They Were My Fathers Tightest blood Bonds. My Two Older Cousins Was just assassinated. Love Yalllllll. Blood Forever. Brooklyn Zu.”

Under the post, Wu-Tang’s Raekwon and group affiliate Streetlife mourned the loss of their former collaborators. “Damn those my ni**as. Damn,” Streetlife commented. “RIP my brothers, damn.”

According to the local news outlet Fox 12, the shooting occurred in Northeast Portland on Tuesday around 5:19 a.m. local time. The outlet confirmed that two people were killed in the incident and said at least three others were taken to a hospital to be treated for their injuries.

According to Fox 12, police are currently searching for suspects in the shooting as well as a string of shootings that have happened in the area over the past few days.

“Detectives have a lot of work to do on top of all the other cases they’re already working,” Portland Police Bureau Lt. Greg Pashley told the outlet. “You guys know you’ve reported on two other homicides just over the last few days. It’s the same group of detectives that are responding to all of these. So, there’s no rest for them and our heart always goes out to victims and their families.”
