Travis Scott will pay tribute to Pop Smoke with his upcoming Christian Dior collaboration. On Friday (June 25), the Houston native teased fans with a first-look one at one of his creations, which sees Pop immortalized on a new Dior t-shirt.

“U CANT SAY POP AND FORGET THE SMOKE,” La Flame captioned the post. “NOW U IN ALL THE STORES 4 EVER.”

Pop, of course, became linked with the French fashion brand after the release of his 2019 hit, “Dior.” The back of the t-shirt also incorporates Pop’s lyrics in the song: “Christian Dior, Dior/ When it rains it pours.” The shirt is just one of the pieces Scott is currently working on after announcing the collaboration between his Cactus Jack brand and Dior on Wednesday (June 23).

With the capsule, which will be available with Dior’s Spring/ Summer 2022 mainline, the “Out West” rapper will become the first artist ever to create a collection for the company. Scott collaborated on the line with Dior Artistic Director Kim Jones and was recently seen in Paris, where Dior’s headquarters is located. The capsule will be debuted today as part of Paris Fashion Week’s Menswear showcase.

Scott and Pop Smoke collaborated on the 2019 Jackboys cut, “GATTI.” In a 2020 interview with Rolling Stone, Pop recalled meeting the “Sicko Mode” rapper at his Astroworld Festival.

“The first time I ever met Travis was at his fucking [Astroworld] Festival,” the Brooklyn native explained. “He invited me to his festival in Houston. That was crazy, too. He gave me a whole bottle, mad merch… real one, for sure.”

Meanwhile, Pop’s managers recently announced that his next posthumous album will be dropping in July. The record will follow up the late star’s 2020 effort, Shoot For The Stars Aim For The Moon.
