Cardi B’s debut album, Invasion of Privacy, has made history again. Almost two years after the album’s release, it has become the first female rap debut to chart for 100 weeks.

In January, the album tied with Lauryn Hill’s Miseducation of Lauryn Hill for longest-charting debut by a female rapper. Both albums spent 91 weeks on the Billboard 200 chart. That next week, Cardi broke the tie after her album charted for 92 weeks.

Following the huge achievement, Cardi shared this message to her fans.

“Thank you everybody!” she said. “Hopefully by the time I put my second album out IOP still charting. It will be dope to have two albums charting at the same time! Ugh THE PRESSURE! Thank you for the love. BGBGBG!”

Cardi has been working hard on her sophomore album. She recently told Baller Alert that the album was almost done, but needed some “club hits.”

“I have my cool, calm and collected songs, just missing a couple more club hits,” she told the outlet. “But we’re getting there.”

As for the album’s release, the “Bodak Yellow” artist says she is hesitant to name an official drop date.

“I can never put a date on it because, like, when you feel like you’ve got those songs, that’s when it’s gonna come out,” she said. “I cannot put a date on my ears, you know what I’m saying? When I feel like I have it, that’s when [it’ll come out].”

During an Instagram Live session, she previously announced that her sophomore album would be titled Tiger Woods.

“I think I’m going to name my album Tiger Woods,” she revealed. “I think I’m going to call it Tiger Woods because, remember when everybody was talking shit on Tiger Woods, like ‘Oh blah blah, blah blah this, blah blah that,’ and then he fucking came and won that green jacket? That’s what I’m going to name my album.”

However, she later told “Rap Radar” that she was only joking.

Congratulations to Cardi B on this huge achievement!
