“KEEP BELIEVING KANYE 2020,” he tweeted.

Kanye West just voted for the first time ever. The “All Of The Lights” emcee took to Twitter to document his trip to the polls on Election Day. “God is so good,” he tweeted on Tuesday (Nov. 3). “Today, I am voting for the first time in my life for the President of the United States and it’s for someone I truly trust...me.”

The Yeezus rapper also posted videos showing off his ballot to social media. In one video, you can see his name written in for the presidential vote. He also wrote in Michelle Tidball’s name to be considered as his vice president.

He did not vote for any of the other offices on the ballot — including the Senate and the House of Representatives. Ye also posted a video of himself placing the ballot into the voting machine so that it can be officially counted.

Last week, Ye penned a two-page letter in The New York Times about America’s future. “Dear Future, I still believe in you. We still believe in you,” the Grammy Award-winning rapper began. “Even in our darkest moments, We believe.”

“We believe in a world at peace. We believe in our people. We believe in our families,” the letter continued. “We will see families anchoring on faith. Our future holds a better America. In our future, we will H.E.A.L. Hold Everyone Accountable to Love.”

The Chicago native went on to share details about his envisioned future, which includes a country free from “misuse of power, prejudices, manipulation and discrimination” and a social justice system that “treats everyone equally.”

“Our future will provide expecting families with a safe and secure plan that values every stage of life,” he continued. “Our future will provide a justice system that treats everyone equally regardless of their socioeconomic status. Our future will provide an education system that promotes freedom and visionary thinking.”
