DaBaby has broken his silence following his release from a Miami jail.

In an Instagram post, he wrote, “TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: PLEASE STOP TALKING TO ME ABOUT THAT WEAK ASS 48 HOURS I SPENT IN JAIL AND THAT FAILED ATTEMPT TO BREAK MY SPIRITS & INTERRUPT THE PATH I’M TAKING TO MY GOD GIVEN SUCCESS. DON’T ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE MISLEAD BY JANKY PROMOTERS AND LAZY ASS GROWN MEN ITCHING FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO FILE A LAWSUIT THAT THEY WON’T WIN.”

He continued, “I REMAIN COMPOSED AND FOCUSED KNOWING ALLEGATIONS MADE WITHOUT HONESTY AND INTEGRITY WILL NEVER BE HONORED BY THE MOST HIGH. PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT SUCKA ASS SITUATIONS LIKE THESE AREN’T WORTHY OF YOUR TIME OR ATTENTION. DON’T ALLOW YOURSELF TO BECOME “LOST IN THE SAUCE” OR MISINFORMED BY THE MEDIA. I ENCOURAGE YOU ALL TO KICK BACK RELAX AND PREPARE YOURSELVES FOR THIS NEW WAVE OF MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT I HAVE PREPARED FOR YOU ALL.— BABY”

The “Suge” rapper was arrested and charged with battery. He allegedly punched a club promoter and robbed him for $80, his credit card, and his Iphone 7, according to TMZ. He then allegedly poured apple juice all over the victim.

According to the police report, the promoter handed DaBaby $20k but DaBaby said he was owed $30k for a concert he was supposed to perform on Thursday. According to the police report, a second victim was punched in the face. The promoter is planning to sue DaBaby for his injuries.

On Friday (Jan. 3), DaBaby was expected to be released from jail following his appearance before a judge, but he was held in jail due to an existing warrant from Texas. He has a warrant out of Dallas for organized criminal activity. The warrant stems from a fight DaBaby was involved in last month at The Dallas/Fort Worth Airport when the rapper and a friend attacked an employee working a food stand.
