Fans are fueling a rumored relationship between Rihanna and A$AP Rocky. The speculation was first inspired by a report from The Sun, where a source supposedly close to RiRi shed a light on their budding romance.
“They shared a hotel suite during [Rihanna’s] trip [to] New York,” the source told the outlet, adding that the pair has spent a lot of time together recently.
The news arrives a few weeks after the ANTI singer reportedly split with her boyfriend, billionaire Hassan Jameel, after three years of dating.
“However, Rihanna is reluctant to put a label on it as it’s so soon after Hassan,” the source said. “They’re really enjoying each other’s company and taking things easy as it’s still early days.”
Even if the two are dating, The Sun’s source says things are still casual.
“It’s really casual between them and she’s not thinking about whether there’s a future with Rocky,” they said. “She’s a newly single girl having fun.”
Twitter jumped on the potential of the new couple.
“ASAP Rocky and Rihanna? Now that’s a fu*king power couple,” one person tweeted.
“Rihanna and asap rocky? name a better duo i’ll wait,” another wrote.
This isn’t the first time fans have tried to push the two artists together. Earlier this month, Rihanna and Rocky were spotted together at A$AP Mob’s 2020 Yams Day. Back in December, they also walked the red carpet together at the 2019 Fashion Awards at the Royal Albert Hall in London.
The pair were also rumored to be dating back in 2013. Neither Rocky nor Rihanna have confirmed nor denied the dating rumors.
