Meek Mill just scored a huge victory in court.

The Championships rapper has been cleared in a wrongful death lawsuit involving a man who was killed at his 2016 concert.

According to The Blast, the family of Travis Ward has decided to drop their wrongful death lawsuit against Meek. The case has been officially closed.

The shooting took place outside of a concert venue that Meek was performing at. Three cases were filed against him, Live Nation, and Oakdale Musical Theatre Company. The lawsuits accused all involved parties of negligence with hiring security. In one of the lawsuits, they claimed that Meek has a history of shootings at his shows. Meek denied all allegations and said that there was no way he could foresee or have control over any events that happened. The families wanted to settle with Meek for $3 million during the case.

Earlier this month, another wrongful death lawsuit, from the same shooting, was dismissed against Meek. The family of Jaquan Graves voluntarily dropped their lawsuit from the rapper after battling for over a year in court. A third lawsuit from the same incident was also dropped previously.

Now that that’s behind him, Meek can focus on his career and family. The Philly rapper is set to perform at the 2020 Grammys during the tribute to the late Nipsey Hussle. He’s also nominated for a Grammy this year for Best Rap Album for his 2018 release Championships.

Meek is rumored to have a baby on the way with his girlfriend, Milan Harris. Milan revealed the pregnancy during her Milano di Rouge fashion show and fans immediately speculated Meek as the father. The two have been keeping their relationship out of the eye of the public for some time now, but they recently stepped out together for the Bad Boys For Life movie premiere in Los Angeles.
