On Thursday (Dec. 5), Cablefax, a magazine that is dedicated to innovation and leadership in the cable community, recognized its “Most Powerful Women 2019” honorees at an industry luncheon in New York City. Sean “Diddy” Combs’ REVOLT TV is proud to share accolades with our CEO, Roma Khanna, who was named a power woman, along with other female leaders representing fields such as advertising, communications, content, legal, tech, and finance.

“Every year, the bar of excellence is raised [higher] and this year was no different. See which leaders rank in our Top 50…the ‘More Powerful Women’ are grouped by discipline, making it easier to see who the top female executives are across a range of departments,” Cablefax’s site reads.

The site also includes Khanna’s bio, which states: “Khanna is all about REVOLT’s growth not only as a network, but also as a multi-platform content creator and brand for Millennial and Gen Z audiences. She’s fostered an unapologetically hip hop-centric roster of both long- and short-form content, with an eye to distribution in the linear and OTT markets, domestically and internationally. Under her guidance, REVOLT is also expanding its live events, including the annual REVOLT Summit, the 2019 incarnation which featured artist T.I.,” as well as Snoop Dogg, Jeezy, Chadwick Boseman, Ice Cube, Killer Mike, Issa Rae and many more.

This is Khanna’s second recognition by Cablefax. In September of this year, the CEO and colleague Angela Turner, SVP Affiliate & Consumer Marketing, were included in the “2019 Most Influential Multi-Ethnic Executives” list, and recognized as leaders in diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

REVOLT and Khanna continue to set an exemplary standard in the entertainment industry at large, while remaining unapologetically committed to diversity and inclusion in corporate culture, as well as content.

Congrats, REVOLT Media & TV CEO Roma Khanna! Cheers to you!
