Jacquees is steadily gearing up to unleash his forthcoming P.T.O.F: Vol. I (Panties Thrown On Floor) project, and today (June 18) he shares one of his favorite records from it. He recruits fellow R&B artist Queen Naija for the assist, and on the track Jacquees narrates the progression of two people slowly falling for each other after being friends at first:

“Bed Friend” arrives on the heels of his recent single “Freaky As Me” featuring Latto. Last year, Jacquees kept fans fed with singles like “Put In Work” with Chris Brown, “Nasty” with Lil Duval and Tank, and “Why” with Angelica Vila. About the new track “Bed Friends” release, Jacquees spoke about how the collab came about. “It’s one of my favorite records,” he says via press release. “Queen Naija pulled up to the studio and knocked it out. We came up with it really smooth and easy. It’s a different vibe; it’s a slow bedroom song.”

Back in November, Queen Naija liberated her debut studio LP missunderstood. The project includes 18 tracks and assists from Jacquees, Toosii, Mulatto, Pretty Vee, Russ, Lucky Daye, Kiana Ledé, and more. missunderstood follows Queen Naija’s 2018 self-titled EP, which boasted the successful singles “Medicine” and “Karma.” Recently, Queen Naija hopped on the remix of Ne-Yo’s “U 2 Luv” alongside Lil Durk and also Tee Grizzley’s “Mr. Officer.”
