For those living under a rock, New York hip hop legend Styles P liberated a new album last Friday titled Styles David: Ghost Your Enthusiasm. Styles’ thirteenth studio LP sees 15 new tracks and appearances from ItsTheReal, Whispers, Snyp Life, Cassandra The Goddess, Dyce Payne, and fellow LOX member Sheek Louch. Over the weekend, the Yonkers emcee delivered a new visual from the project for “Hundred,” which is produced by Dayzel the Machine and sees him keeping things one hundred as always:

“Poppin’ champagne like I won somethin’, be the prey or predator to hunt somethin’/

Have you sat or your have you done somethin’? Do you stay out the way or do you love frontin’?/

Me I play the beach and watch the waves hit, long way from movin’ cocaine at the days inn/

Any other motel, waitin’ on the dope sale, hammer in my coat when it’s cold, that was so ill/”

The visual comes courtesy of Benji Filmz and sees Styles making a stop by his Juices For Life restaurant, with him and his crew doing their best to remain safe and healthy during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Styles David: Ghost Your Enthusiasm follows last year’s solo offering Presence, as well as a recent single from The LOX titled “Loyalty & Love.” The well-received release also comes after fellow LOX member Jadakiss’ own recent solo drop Ignatius, which was liberated back in March. During an interview with Genius, Jadakiss revealed that Styles P’s now iconic verse on JAY-Z’s classic posse cut “Reservoir Dogs” was actually a diss as Hov that stemmed over luggage:

“We just flew in from a LOX show, from a weekend of shows… we got the call at the airport, like ‘Yo, Jay [wants] to do a song with y’all.’ So we like that’s cool, we’re gonna go home, put our luggage [away]. They like, ‘Nah, he wants you to go there right now.’ And we [were] like, ‘We can’t go home and drop off our luggage?’ …He was goin’ on Hov on there. I mean, that’s what all of them kind of records on are, Hov was like ‘he sound like he talking about me on there!’ People screw the silencer on and slip one in every now and then.”
