TM88 and Wiz Khalifa have enlisted OVO’s weapon Roy Woods for their latest single, “So High.” The singer glides on his verse to open up the track, showing off a different and more auto-tuned style:

I’m so high, I know if I drive, I’m gon’ crash it. Know she came from outta town, to get a lil’ action. Lil’ bounce, yeah she bad, yeah she got ass, and she got friends too but I don’t know if there’s real in the back. I got codeine, got it diluted. Up to no good, six in the mornin’, lil’ better, keep a lil’ bitch moanin’, four in the morning. Man up with the minimum wages. Dirty dance just to look at my piece. Yeah, look at the wrist. Ten years that they used to the scene. Keep up, gotta take of my friends. So I’m livin’ life like it never begin. Pour me shot of gin. Though I said it, I’m drinkin’ again.

GRAMMY Award-nominated producer and Taylor Gang affiliate TM88 is known for his collaborations with Lil Uzi Vert, Young Thug, Future, Juicy J, Gunna, Moneybagg Yo, Wiz Khalifa, Project Pat, Lil Yachty, Valee and more. This summer, he dropped the Calboy and Slatt Zy-supported song “War Stories” and “Blue Jean Bandit” prior to that which featured assists from Moneybagg Yo, Future, and Young Thug. This year has also clamed his collab with MadeinTYO, “Tokyo Nights,” the producer’s song with Smokepurpp “RR.”

In an interview from earlier this year, TM88 expanded a bit on his process behind making beats for Lil Uzi:

“When I make my beats, I try to hit the soul, where the beat talks to you. The sound that I put in there, it’s very melodic. The guitar that’s in there, it speaks to you. He wanted the same drum lines, and I wanted to give him what he wanted, but I also didn’t want to give the fans the same sound. So once he asked me, we got off FaceTime, I made the beat, and 15 minutes later, I sent the song. He was like, ‘This shit is crazy.’”
