Earlier this year, Quincy delivered a dope new single titled “Ayo,” which is produced by Buddha and Andy Sherman and was released as a dance-inducing, fresh air escape from the chaos that we’ve all been experiencing:

“Tell me how you like it, I’ma give you how you want it, know you always need it, so tell me when you want it, think you on game, lemme show you something different, heard you into balling, girl you better run it/

Like a jab, I’ma be the like that, give it to me, I’ma give it right back, go and look around, who gon’ do you like that?”

This week, he reveals a remix of the upbeat track, adding in reggae legend Shaggy and Nigerian star Patoranking for some additional fun. The track also sees an accompanying music video courtesy of the Romo brothers and Google, and shows Quincy kicking back in his crib before video calling his collaborators for a safe, socially distanced performance. He eventually expands the call to include other friends and family, making for a big celebration.

In addition to “Aye Yo,” 2020 also saw another single from Quincy titled “No Stress.” He also teamed up with former basketball player Devin Kirtz for the pop cut “Hennessy.” During last year’s REVOLT Summit, Quincy spoke on his support system during a panel that also saw appearances from Diddy, as well as siblings Justin and Christian “King” Combs:

“You gotta know how to be realistic, whether that’s help from your team, family or friends. Sometimes, we do things and have an idea that’s not 100% realistic. You gotta have those people in your corner keeping you grounded.”
