Bobby Shmurda is not letting the negativity get to him.

On Thursday (Jan. 20), the “Hot Nigga” emcee tweeted and deleted an apparent response to Wack 100’s recent comments about his dancing. “Y’all do know that no matter what ANYONE says imma live MY LIFE the way I WANT #Shmurda,” he tweeted.

Earlier this week, Wack discussed Shmurda’s post-prison career moves during a conversation on Clubhouse. “Y’all be seeing these artists like Bobby Shmurda, he’s been having it bad,” he said. “He be like, ‘Yo, to all my fans, it ain’t me, it’s the label and all that shit’…I’ma be real, I don’t know what kinda fans he got. He really ain’t proven product; he only had one song.”

The music executive added that the “Bobby Bitch” rapper didn’t capitalize off his prison release last year by not dropping a new song. “And I think he fucked up by what he should’ve dropped,” Wack added. “When that nigga got out, he was supposed to let something go. I don’t know what he was thinking running ’round like…he was supposed to drop before [NBA] All-Star Weekend or something.”

Wack said Shmurda waited too long to reconnect with his fanbase. As a result, he believes the New York MC won’t sell a lot of albums. “He might have waited too long,” Wack said. “I think the nigga gonna go double wood.”

“On top of that, he losing the streets with all this disco bunny dancing he be doing,” Wack continued, referring to Shmurda’s viral dance moves.

Aside from the critics, Shmurda is continuing to live his best life. He recently spoke about getting reacclimated into society after serving six years behind bars. He is also fighting sex addiction by working out more.
