Nas and Hit-Boy are readying King’s Disease III. Nas revealed the information on his song “Ugly,” which arrived on Friday (Dec. 24) on his and Hit-Boy’s latest joint offering, Magic.

“I’m on offense every day until I see the love/ KD3 on the way, this just to feed the buzz,” Nas spits on the song’s first verse.

Hit-Boy also reposted the lyrics to Twitter on Friday morning.

KD3 otw this just to feed the buzz… [Nas] my dawg is a maniac,” he wrote.

Nas and Hit-Boy hit their collaborative stride with their 2020 Grammy Award-winning album King’s Disease and again on this year’s Grammy-nominated King’s Disease II, and they don’t seem to be slowing down. The pair announced their surprise project, Magic, just hours ahead of its release last night (Dec. 23).

This isn’t the first time either artist has hinted at adding a third edition to their King’s Disease series. Nas teased the possibility this August while speaking to Apple Music’s Ebro Darden on Rap Life Radio while calling Hit-Boy his Quincy Jones.

“He’s like my Quincy [Jones], you know what I mean?” Nas said about the producer. “So, I feel like the next thing I do, if I was to work with Hit-Boy on the next thing I do, I think that we might do something that is going to be magical.”

“I think what we have is magic,” he continued. “I think if we do another one, I’m excited about that idea, but you know, we’re celebrating this one now.”

King’s Disease II is currently nominated for Best Rap Album at the 2022 Grammy Awards. Nas and Hit-Boy clenched the award for their first King’s Disease album earlier this year at the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards, marking Nas’ first Grammy win of his career.
