As Christmas Day officially inches closer, artists are spreading holiday cheer through their art as they share holiday-themed singles. Summer Walker delivered her cover of a Marvin Gaye classic, and Bryson Tiller even made an entire album dedicated to his honest feelings throughout the holidays. Jhené Aiko is the latest to share as she releases her brand new “Wrap Me Up” single today (Dec. 14). On the new “Wrap Me Up” song, the songstress begins by reminiscing:

Visions of you have been all in my head, this time last year, you were here in my bed/ Told me you loved me and never forget every December you’d make sure you’re here/

So I pray as soon as I wake/ That we spend today up under each other ’cause there’s nothing more I need/ Than you here with me, no gift would be better so won’t you come/ Wrap me up, wrap mе up, wrap me all up in your love

Last year in March, Aiko unveiled her third studio album Chilombo. From the project, she also dropped a music video for her song “A&B.” In the spirit of the 4/20 holiday, Jhené Aiko celebrated by dropping her “Tryna Smoke” visual that was extremely fitting for the occasion.

The 20 track-album included features from Ab-Soul, Big Sean, Future, Miguel, Nas, H.E.R., John Legend, Ty Dolla $ign, and debuted at the number two spot on the Billboard 200 thanks to an impressive 152,000 album-equivalent units sold during its first week of release. Months after, she unleashed a deluxe version of the album.

Jhené has also been a part of some dope collabs within recent months, including clips like “One of Dem Nights” by Moneybagg Yo, “By Yourself (Remix)” with Ty Dolla $ign and Bryson Tiller, and “In The Dark” with Swae Lee.

Be sure to press play on Jhené Aiko’s brand new “Wrap Me Up” single.
