As previously reported by REVOLT, Megan Thee Stallion is a frontrunner at the ceremony with six nominations. The Houston native only follows behind Justin Bieber, who is nominated for seven trophies. “WAP,” Megan’s smash-hit with Cardi B, earned the rapper several nods, including Video of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Collaboration and Best Hip Hop.

Lil Nas X is also well-represented in the awards ceremony with five nominations, including Best Visual Effects, Best Art Direction, Best Direction, Video for Good and Video of the Year.
