“Moon Man” is featured on the Billboard #1 album ‘Slime Language 2.’

Today (Sept 9), Young Stoner Life artist, Strick releases “Moon Man” featuring Kid Cudi and head honcho Young Thug himself. The track is an homage to Cudder’s well-loved nickname, so it was only right for the trio to link up and ensure an out-of-this-world visual was made to do the track some justice. On the track, Strick takes the opening verse before the three head out on their adventure:

I took off and went to the stars, I came back, they callin’ me “Moon Man” (Shh), yeah/ I hit the stage like guitars and I rock it for ‘em all night, yeah (Let’s go)/ Life is just like a buffet to me, I pick what I like and see (Yeah)/ The secret is being yourself, ohhh, I just gave it away to ‘em (Woo)

Back in April, Young Thug and his Young Stoner Life collective liberated the second installment of their Slime Language series, which boasted 23 tracks with additional appearances from the likes of Travis Scott, Drake, Rowdy Rebel, Lil Baby, Lil Uzi Vert, Coi Leray, Big Sean, NAV, Skepta, Kid Cudi, Yung Bleu, and Future. Within the same month, the crew circled back and delivered a deluxe version of the project.

Strick’s upcoming album, S trickland, will include additional features from Young Thug, Ty Dolla $ign, Gunna, Swae Lee + more. Recent single “WokStar” feat. Skepta is featured on the aforementioned Slime Language 2 as well alongside “Moon Man”. Additionally, in 2020, Strick enlisted Young Thug and Ty Dolla $ign for summer anthem “Yacht Club.”

In terms of what the Moon Man himself has been up to, Kid Cudi has also made headlines for his appearances on recent albums like Drake’s Certified Lover Boy and Pop Smoke’s posthumous Faith album.
