Back in 2018, THEMXXNLIGHT experienced their break out moment when they locked in not just one, but three features on Wiz Khalifa’s highly anticipated Rolling Papers 2. Fast forward to 2021, the duo links up with Wiz Khalifa once again for their newest single “Naughty or Nice.” On the track, THEMXXNLIGHT sets the tone over the Sledgren and Jacobi-produced beat as the three party together poolside:

I just met as shawty from the West Side (West Side)/ We were chillin by the pool, she wanted more/ Now she sittin in my lap, is she naughty or nice (Is she naughty or nice?)

THEMXXNLIGHT has dropped off two other singles this year, “Feel” and “For My Eyes Only.” The two were very busy last year as they kept their consistency going through the pandemic by sharing cuts like “Ash Ketchum,” “Mashallah,” “Yaadein,” and their two-track drop DOUBLE TROUBLE. They also released a few projects within the last few years like The Cure and LUVKUSH. In terms of assists, THEMXXNLIGHT can be heard on Sanjoy’s “Treasure” and Lukinhas’ “Funk Total: Sururu.”

Most recently, Wiz Khalifa dropped off his visual for the A Boogie-assisted “Millions.” That track can be found on last year’s The Saga of Wiz Khalifa (Deluxe), an upgrade of Wiz’s The Saga of Wiz Khalifa EP that altogether saw 15 tracks with additional assists from Maxo Kream, Rubi RoseTyga, Megan Thee Stallion, Mustard, Ty Dolla $ign, Logic, Quavo, K Camp, and more. The Pittsburgh veteran also teamed up with his Taylor Gang collective for the mixtape Taylor Nights, a 27-cut offering with some dope contributions from collective members Juicy J, Chevy Woods, Berner, Tuki Carter, Young Deji, and more.
