On his birthday last year, Belly took to social media to open up about issues he had been dealing with in regards to his mental and physical health. What wasn’t fully realized at the time — that particular post also acted as an announcement for the Canadian star’s forthcoming studio LP See You Next Wednesday. Literally 12 months later, Belly liberated two new singles from that project, “IYKYK” and “Money On The Table,” the latter of which featured assistance from Benny The Butcher and further fueled anticipation for the full-length release.

Today (July 22), Belly adds even more gasoline to the proverbial fire with the Zaytoven-produced “Better Believe,” an A-list collaboration with The Weeknd and Young Thug that sees the collaborators rapping and harmonizing about how much they’ve achieved in such a volatile industry, among other lifestyle-related topics:

“Young dirty bastard, plastered, I’m gone off weed and acid, magic, my mind is doin’ backflips, gymnastics, all my albums classic, all these fake rappers they stay cappin’, ’bout a whole lot of shit that ain’t happen, middle finger, plus thumb, ‘cause I stay snappin’, they fronted on me, I made back it, six hundred, I Maybach it…”

“Better Believe” also comes with a matching visual that could rival your favorite blockbuster film. Directed by Christian Breslauer, the clip begins with The Weeknd appearing in the barrel of a gun before doing donuts in a car — in mid-donut, he exits the vehicle and walks towards the camera as explosions take place behind him. Belly continues the automotive theme throughout, and can even be seen in a building that fulminates out of nowhere, as do the other skycrapers nearby. Meanwhile, Thugger seems to take a page out of the Looney Tunes — after being hit and literally flattened by a truck oozing green liquid, a couple of women attach him to a pump to bring him back to “normal.” You’re going to need to watch this video more than once.

Check “Better Believe” out for yourself.
