Lil Baby has responded after an old clip of Logan Paul criticizing his music resurfaced online. The snippet is of comments that Paul made roughly a year ago on his “Impaulsive” podcast.

“Lil Baby, he’ll pop up on my Spotify… I’m scrolling through and I fucking can’t get away from Lil Baby songs,” Paul said at the time. “I’m all for the new artists, but this one in particular I have no idea what he’s saying. I have none. And it all sounds the same. His tone is the same it’s all the same. I give him a year.”

Notably, the episode aired shortly after the release of Lil Baby’s sophomore album My Turn, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. The Atlanta rapper caught wind of Paul’s comments on Thursday (July 8), tweeting, “Logan who?”

He also referenced Paul’s “I give him a year” comment, tweeting, “More like give em a year to have 100ms.”

Last month, Paul made headlines for surviving eight rounds against boxing champion Floyd Mayweather. The YouTube personality later found himself in hot water after suggesting that he’s now ready to take on Mike Tyson.

“Someone mentioned Mike Tyson,” he said on his podcast. “My lawyer mentioned it and he’s like, ‘Nah, Tyson will rip your head off. You don’t stand a chance.’ I’m like, ‘I just went through all this. You can’t tell me I can’t beat Mike Tyson. He’s old, old.’”

Lil Baby, on the other hand, recently dropped his and Lil Durk’s collaborative album, The Voice of the Heroes, which also enjoyed a No. 1 debut on the Billboard 200. He and Durk will embark on a 23-date tour this fall, kicking off at the Xfinity Center in Mansfield, Massachusetts on Sept. 1.
