Tyler, the Creator will soon release a new project. On Thursday (June 17), the Grammy-winning rapper officially announced his next full-length album, Call Me If You Get Lost. Taking to social media, Tyler also unveiled the record’s cover art, which features his photo and date of birth on a travel ID card under the alias “Tyler Baudelaire,” a nod to the French poet Charles Baudelaire.

Another picture sees the rapper carrying a suitcase by the beach. Suitcases played a big part in his new Wolf Haley-directed music video for “Lumberjack,” which he dropped yesterday (June 16). Both the DJ Drama-produced track and the unreleased “Side Street,” which Tyler teased earlier this week, are expected to land on Call Me If You Get Lost.

Fans were first alerted to the prospect of a new album last week when a series of cryptic billboards were spotted in major cities like London, Los Angeles, Berlin, Paris, Sydney and Toronto. The billboards read, “Call Me If You Get Lost” and included a phone number that led to a recorded conversation between Tyler and his mom.

Call Me If You Get Lost will mark the official follow-up to Tyler’s 2019 album, IGOR. The 12-song project debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and went on to win Best Rap Album at the 2020 Grammy Awards.

Tyler was also recently announced as a performer for several festivals this year. The California native will be the lead act on the third day of Day N Vegas this November and will also headline Lollapalooza in July. Two days after releasing his album, he’ll perform for the first time at the BET Awards.

According to Tyler’s post, Call Me If You Get Lost is set to arrive next Friday (June 25). See his announcement about the album on Twitter below.
