Symphani Soto is steadily keeping her momentum going as she prepares to unleash her forthcoming debut project. After releasing her most recent single “Try” at the end of last month, she kicks it up a notch with her next offering, the freshly released Eric Bellinger-assisted “Just A Moment.” On the track, she just wants to keep it as real as possible:
I just really need a moment, some time to put aside for you/ I just want to keep it honest, I noticed, you’ve been needing more/ I’ve been losing my mind just holding on to thoughts of you/
Prior to this were her tracks “I’m Witchu” and “Energy,” the latter song boasting co-production from Naz, Monte Booker, and Mr. Carmack. Symphani made her music debut back in 2017 with her summertime-ready “What You Want” single. She unleashed her i am project in 2018, which was equipped with six honest tracks and no features to ensure her own artistry beams through. Soto also dropped a loosie on SoundCloud a few months ago titled “Words,” a vulnerable cut featuring production from Camden Pench and Zach Winters.
Last month, Eric Bellinger and Hitmaka teamed up for their joint 1-800-HIT-EAZY project. The new body of work consists of 14 new tracks, all produced by Hitmaka, and includes just two features from Chrishan and Rahky. Prior to this was the Eric B for President: Term 3 project. Equipped with nine tracks, the October 2020 project came accompanied by a visual version of the album, consisting of the music videos Bellinger has been dropping steadily leading up to the release. He kicked off in September with the intro track “Godly,” then closed out with “Gravity” and “The 1st Lady.”
