Time and time again, Trevor Jackson makes sure to combine his two loves for music and film and showcase his skillset through the execution of his music videos. His latest single “Get To You” is the latest to receive the star treatment and care. On the song, Trevor admits he’s been putting on a front just to get the attention of a certain someone:

The new song is produced by Ayo & Keyz, the same duo who produced Cardi B & Megan The Stallion’s massive hit, “WAP,” and it was co-written by country music superstar, Breland. In the video, Trevor’s love slowly gets more intense and intense, as viewers watch from the sidelines as it spirals into an obsession.

Last year, Trevor Jackson also released his single “Just Friends” back in November. The track was produced by The Aristocrats and samples the timeless R&B classic “Lovers and Friends” by Usher, Lil Jon and Ludacris. Trevor also won the 2019 Soul Train Certified Award beating out such names as Ciara, Kelly Rowland and Daniel Caesar for his critically-acclaimed project, Rough Drafts Pt. 2. Including the fan favorites “Puddles” and “Tell You The Truth,” Rough Drafts Pt. 2 has received over 20 million streams across all streaming platforms since it’s release.
