Toosii drops new song “IG Live”
The song follows recent cuts like his remix of “Coming Clean.”
Toosii consistently keeps his fanbase fed with loosies and freestyles, and that practice certainly has not switched up coming into 2021. After dropping off cuts like his “You’re Mines Still” remix of Yung Bleu’s Drake-assisted track, and also his take on Lil Durk’s “Coming Clean,” Toosii has just shared another new track. The freshly released “IG Live” song finds Toosii describing details he notices about a certain someone:
Buy a new Bentley coupe, bae, I’ma show you. You could have a new life, I just got a new wife/ In the hole with the gangstas, I’m tryna shoot dice, Amiri denim, my shoes tied/ Told her look inside the pudding, that’s where the truth lie/ Young n***a too fly, AMG, that coupe rideI don’t never talk a lot so I can’t say how dude died/ IG model, she too live, tell the story, it be two sides/ My side or my side, I’ll let you decide, only like blues, I don’t change on ‘em/ V8, switch lanes on ‘em, push a button, I’ll lose the brain on ‘em
Most recently, Toosii can be heard hanging out assists on tracks like NUSKI2SQUAD’s “Gone Too Soon” and FCG Heem’s “More Pain.” It’s also worth noting that as of right now, Toosii has wiped his Instagram clean. This could perhaps signal a new project coming in the near future.
Toosii’s last full length body of work was Poetic Pain, which was released back in September and included his “Love Cycle” single with Summer Walker. Prior to Poetic Pain, Toosii dropped his project Platinum Heart last February and gifted fans with the deluxe version as well, both versions containing no features. Platinum Heart (Deluxe) charted at No. 2 on Billboard’s Heatseekers Albums tally and also entered the Billboard 200.
