Just last month, Brent Faiyaz treated fans to a well-received collab with Tyler, The Creator and DJ Dahi titled “Gravity.” He circled back today by surprise-dropping a brand new video for “Circles” featuring PURR. He wasn’t done there, as he unleashed a special Dropbox link with two additional new songs for fans to enjoy: “Paper Soldier” featuring Joony and “Price of Fame.” The new “Circles” video takes the viewer in circles (literally) as the camera pans around Brent in a circular path for the whole visual while he sings:

Only heaven knows if you can truly win, in the midst of a world that’s gon’ end. How am I up right now?/ I’m not, I’m still down, only heaven knows if you can truly win, in the midst of a world that’s gon’ end. How am I up right now? I’m not, I’m still down. N***as dyin’ everyday, but what can I say?/ They just want me to sing. It’s like everyone wants you to think how they think. And do what they say & stay out the way. And if you don’t wanna they got a problem with ya.

In September, Brent dropped a loose track titled “Dead Man Walking.” F *** The World was released back in February and saw 10 tracks from the Maryland star, which included fan-favorite cuts like “Been Away” and “Clouded.” Prior to that, he dropped off the six-track EP Lost in 2018. His debut album, Sonder Son, made landfall in 2017. That same year, he added to his own solo work by teaming up with Dpat and Atu to form the group Sonder, releasing the seven-track EP Into. Later, that group liberated the track “What You Heard” last year.
