Currently, Kanye West is doing his absolute best to upset the already chaotic presidential election, using his resources to pull votes and write-ins for himself as an alternative to the two major party choices available. Today, he decided to follow that with a new song titled “Nah Nah Nah,” which features production from Dem Jointz and sees West rapping about his political aspirations, musical freedom, and more:

“If I put myself is harm’s way to get my own masters, they put theyself in harm’s way to stay the master, they put theyself in harm’s way ‘cause they ain’t askin’, they put theyself in harm’s way, the slaves are massive/

Do you want me to get specific? Do you want me to name numbers? Do you want me to name summers? All the stars came from us, all the styles came from us, all the talent came from us, all the shoes came from us, but the news ain’t on us…/”

The song, which was at least initially revealed via Twitter, shows video footage of Joaquin Buckley’s recent UFC knockout kick and a meme-able scene from Star Wars: Revenge Of The Sith to help get his point across.

It’s been about a year since Kanye West released his ninth studio album and full-on gospel offering Jesus Is King, which easily landed the Chicago star his equally numbered chart-topper on the Billboard 200 thanks to 264,000 album equivalent units sold. On Christmas Day of that same year, he produced his Sunday Service Choir’s follow-up Jesus Is Born. Currently, he’s said to be working on a new album titled Donda: With Child, even taking to Twitter to tease a possible cut from the forthcoming project titled “Believe What I Say.”
