Juicy J and NLE Choppa have teamed up for the brand new single “Load It Up.” The new song is slated to appear on the Three 6 Mafia member’s forthcoming album The Hustle Continues. On the song, Juicy comes in over a sample of “North Memphis” by Project Pat:
“Juicy J the G.O.A.T. My joint long as a robe. Lil’ mama roll it, lick it, light it, I want all the smoke. I don’t want relations, baby, I just wanna poke. Know all them n****s money funny, I can take a joke. What’s that in my cup? Hol’ up. What’s that in your chain? Boy your diamonds cloudy, it’s a heavy chance of rain. Bro stay in your lane.”
Other confirmed features from the upcoming project consist of Wiz Khalifa on “GAH DAMN HIGH,” Lil Baby, Megan Thee Stallion, Young Dolph, Key Glock, Logic, A$AP Rocky, 2 Chainz, Conway, Ty Dolla $ign, Rico Nasty, Jay Rock, the late Lord Infamous and Project Pat. Juicy J’s last full-length project was 2017’s Rubba Band Business.
Although we know him as a huge name in hip-hop, the rapper didn’t start off with the unshakable confidence he has today. In an interview from earlier this year, Juicy J delved into the humble beginnings of his legendary career:
“I never thought somebody would want to listen to me. It just kind of happened by surprise. And it is still happening by surprise. I was always a grinder. I always kept working and kept hustling and kept moving forward. I was always trying to do this and produce this. Or help this artist out or help that artist out. I was helping a bunch of artists out. I was jumping on a bunch of features and people started looking at me and started to consider me as a solo artist. Things just started to get bigger.”
